During the last week of the Spring term, 40 students from years 7 to 10, and four members of staff, spent an enjoyable four days in Catalonia, Spain. Students made the most of opportunities to practise their Spanish language skills and learn more about the Spanish culture.

The journey included day trips into Barcelona where we visited the famous Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and Camp Nou as well as the amazing Barcelona aquarium. There was time for some fun on the beach as well as an interesting visit to see the weird and wonderful works of Spanish artist, Salvador Dali at the museum in Figueres. A great time was had by all.
